PUDING ROTI KISMIS&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;
4 iris roti tawar&lt;br /&gt;
1 sdm margarine&lt;br /&gt;
30 gr kismis&lt;br /&gt;
100 cc esens rhum&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;
2 butir telur ayam&lt;br /&gt;
300 cc susu cair&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara membuat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Susun 4 iris roti tawar dalam loyangyang telah diolesi margarine.&lt;br /&gt;
Rendamlah kismis dalam rhum selama 1 jam, kemudian tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;
Sisihkan rhum rendamannya. Kismis taburkan diatas roti di loyang.&lt;br /&gt;
Kocok gula dan telur sampai mengembang putih, kemudian masukkan susu dan rhum rendaman td kedalam kocokan telur. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;
Siram diatas roti, hingga meresap kedalam roti. taruh beberapa titik margarin diatasnya.&lt;br /&gt;
Panggang dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan sebelumnya bersuhu 180 derajat selama 30 menit atau sampai atasnya kekuningan.&lt;br /&gt;

Tumis bawang bombay, hingga harum, kemudian masukkan tuna suwir yang telah dikukus sebelumnya, tambahkan lada, garam, oregano, pala bubuk dan mayones. Aduk rata. setelah tercampur, masukkan jagung pipil, masak hingga jagung matang. Sisihkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;3. Taruh tumisan tadi diatasnya, ratakan. Tutup dengan kentang tadi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;4. Terakhir, kocok telur dan susu, beri garam dan merica secukupnya. Siram diatas kentang tadi. Taburi dengan parutan keju mozarella&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div&gt;- Potong tipis-tipis daging, kemudian beri garam dan merica. Diamkan sekitar 1 jam di kulkas. &lt;/div&gt;

1. Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan tadi dan serai hingga harum. Masukkan kaldu, didihkan
2. Masukkan beras, jamur, dan daging cincang. Aduk rata hingga terserap. Setelah menjadi aron, kukus sampai matang
3. Hidangkan.

Note: Nasi ini sebaiknya tidak terlalu lembek. Takaran air kaldu dan beras disesuaikan dengan beras yang biasa dikonsumsi sehari-hari.
